Dr Sam Stevens is an experienced GP with a background in rural general practice.

She graduated from Sydney University in 1994 and became a Fellow of the College of General Practitioners in 1996, working in Sydney and the Blue Mountains before settling in the Bathurst community for many years.

Samantha has a Master of Mental Health (General Practitioner) from the NSW Institute of Psychiatry and has a special interest in chronic and complex illness. She practices with a holistic approach to patient centred care.

Sam and her husband are cyclists, skiers, and keen travellers, and have moved to Melbourne to be near family. Sam welcomes the opportunity to join the Prahran community and work together with people for better health.
